    ✦ About Nuptl ✦

    Two people.
    One wedding app.
    A lot of opinions
    about abuloy.

Made in Manila — not a venture-funded chatbot.

Nuptl started because one of us planned a wedding in Metro Manila and couldn't find a single tool that understood what that actually meant.

Not the 18 ninongs and ninangs. Not the civil ceremony plus church ceremony. Not the abuloy envelope tracking, the rainy-season venue risk, or the tita who texts her RSVP as a photo of a handwritten note.

Every app we tried was built somewhere else, for someone else. So we built our own.

    Chapter I
    Why We Built This
“Every wedding planning app we tried was built for somewhere else.”

"The guest list tool didn't have a ninong/ninang section. I had to fake it with tags."

We built a dedicated principal sponsors list. Separate headcount, separate seating, separate tracking — because 18 sponsors is not the same as 18 regular guests.

"The budget template assumed flowers, rehearsal dinner, and a DJ. Not a sound system, a string quartet, and a separate civil rites fee."

Custom categories from day one, up to 20 on the free tier. Name them whatever your wedding actually needs.

"Every app charged a monthly subscription just to see if my guests responded."

We're free up to 50 guests, forever. Not a trial. Not a countdown. If you need more, ₱999 once — for everything, for life.

    Chapter II
    What We've Built
    No. 01
    36
Articles on Filipino wedding planning — suppliers, venues, budget, traditions. Written by people who've been there.
    No. 02
    ₱999
One-time premium. Not ₱999/month. Not ₱999/year. Once — and every future feature is included, forever.
    No. 03
    PH
Built for Philippines-specific weddings. Ninong lists, civil + church ceremonies, abuloy, rainy-season planning, multi-venue logistics.
    From the budget guide
“We won’t tell you to ‘buy what makes you feel like a queen.’ We’ll tell you that flowers are 50% cheaper in June.”
    Chapter III
    How We Work

    Honest by default

We don't inflate stats. We don't run countdown timers to fake urgency. If something is free, it stays free. If we raise the price, we'll tell you why. We'd rather lose a sale than lose your trust.

    Specific, not generic

A wedding app that works everywhere works nowhere particularly well. We chose to be the best tool for a Filipino wedding — and that means saying no to features that would make us more 'universal' but less useful to you.

    Simple until it can't be

Wedding planning is already complicated. We add features only when they genuinely reduce your stress — not to pad the feature list. If you can do it in one step, we won't make it three.

    Chapter IV
    Who We Are
    The team
    Errol Nicolas
    Founder, Manila

No VC funding. No PR firm. No team of 50 engineers. Just a small team that cares deeply about getting this right for Filipino couples.

We're not going to pretend we're a seasoned product team with ten years of wedding industry experience. We're builders who found a problem, felt it personally, and decided to do something about it.

That means we move fast, we listen to the couples who use Nuptl, and we fix things quickly when they're broken. It also means we're honest when something isn't built yet — we'd rather tell you what's missing than dress up the roadmap.

The Filipino wedding market has been underserved by tech for a long time. The traditional planners are wonderful but expensive, and the DIY tools are all designed for weddings that look nothing like ours. We think that's worth fixing.

"Here's to love, laughter, and happily ever after."
