Delete Your Account
This page lets you permanently delete your Nuptial account and all data associated with it.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. The following will be removed immediately from our systems:
- Your profile, login credentials, and account email
- All weddings you own, including theme, venue, and timeline details
- Guest lists, RSVPs, seating assignments, and dietary notes
- Budget, expenses, tasks, and supplier records
- E-invitations you created and their public invite links
- Uploaded media (photos, gallery items) tied to your weddings
- Push notification tokens for mobile devices
- Premium purchase records used for entitlement (transaction receipts may be retained in aggregated, non-identifying form for tax and fraud-prevention purposes as required by law)
Premium purchases are non-refundable. Deleting your account does not cancel or refund a Google Play one-time purchase, and creating a new account will not restore that entitlement. To request a refund, use Google Play directly within the refund window.
