    6.1 Account Deletion

    You can permanently delete your Nuptl account and all associated data at any time:

    • Self-service (web or mobile app): Visit nuptial-ph.com/delete-account, sign in to the account you want to remove, and confirm the deletion. The account and all related data (profile, weddings, guests, RSVPs, budget, tasks, e-invitations, uploaded media, push tokens) are removed immediately.
    • By email: If you can't access your account, email [email protected] from the address on the account. We will verify your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days.

    Premium purchases made through Google Play are non-refundable through Nuptl and are not restored by creating a new account. Aggregated, non-identifying transaction records may be retained for tax and fraud-prevention purposes as required by law.

    7. Guest Privacy

    When you add guests to your wedding, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share their information with us. Guests can view and manage their RSVP information through the links you send them. We will not use guest information for marketing purposes without explicit consent.

    8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

    Nuptl is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
