2. Description of Service

Nuptl is a comprehensive wedding planning platform that provides:

• Wedding event management and planning tools
• Guest list management and RSVP tracking
• Budget tracking and financial management
• Task and timeline management
• Digital invitation (e-invite) creation and distribution
• Wedding FAQ management
• Vendor and service provider coordination

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Trial Period and Subscriptions

Nuptl offers a trial period for new users. After the trial period:

• You may upgrade to a Premium account for continued access to all features
• Premium accounts are available through a one-time payment for lifetime access
• All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors
• Refunds may be provided at our discretion within 14 days of purchase

5. User Content and Data

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service, including:

• Wedding details and event information
• Guest lists and contact information
• Photos, images, and media files
• Custom e-invite designs and content
• Budget and financial information

By submitting content, you grant Nuptl a license to use, store, and display this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

7. E-Invitations and Guest Communications

When using our e-invite features, you are responsible for ensuring you have permission to contact the recipients. You agree to comply with all applicable anti-spam laws and regulations. Nuptl is not responsible for the content of your invitations or communications sent through the platform.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Nuptl and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Our e-invite templates, design elements, and branding are proprietary to Nuptl.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services (payment processors, email services, etc.). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. Nuptl is not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party services.

10. Data Backup and Loss

While we implement industry-standard security measures and backup procedures, you are responsible for maintaining your own backup copies of important data. Nuptl is not liable for any data loss, corruption, or unavailability of the Service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nuptl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Nuptl does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

13. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Your account remains inactive for an extended period
• We are required to do so by law

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

15. Governing Law
