Refund Policy

    1. Overview

    Nuptl Premium is a one-time payment that unlocks lifetime access to our premium features — there is no subscription and no recurring billing. This policy explains when you can get a refund for a Premium purchase made through our website. Purchases made on Android through Google Play are covered separately (see section 6).

    2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

    Web purchases of Nuptl Premium come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase — no questions asked.

    To request a refund, email [email protected] with the order number from your Lemon Squeezy receipt, or reply directly to that receipt email. We typically process approved refunds within a few business days; the time for funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

    3. After 14 Days

    Because Premium grants immediate, ongoing access to digital features, all sales are final after the 14-day window — except where we are required to refund by law or in the following cases:

    • Technical failure: you were charged but Premium never unlocked on your account and we are unable to resolve it.
    • Duplicate or accidental charge: you were billed more than once for the same purchase, or charged in error.
    • Statutory rights: where consumer-protection law (for example, the EU/UK 14-day right of withdrawal) entitles you to a refund.

    4. Merchant of Record

    Web payments for Nuptl Premium are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record (the seller) for the transaction and handles billing and applicable taxes. Lemon Squeezy's own refund and purchase terms also apply to your order and will prevail where they conflict with this policy. You can request a refund through us using the contact details above, and we will coordinate with Lemon Squeezy as needed.

    5. Effect of a Refund

    When a refund or chargeback is processed, Premium access is revoked automatically and your account returns to the free tier. Your account data (weddings, guests, budget, tasks, e-invitations, and other content) is retained — only the Premium entitlement is removed. You can upgrade again at any time.

    6. Google Play Purchases (Android)

    If you purchased Premium as an in-app purchase on the Nuptl Android app, that transaction is handled by Google Play under Google's refund policy. Please request those refunds directly through Google Play. If you need help, email [email protected].
